Titus smiles really big when he wants to, but often he will just look at us as if to say that he is quite alright and will let us know what he is thinking if he needs anything. I love to watch him and see his face change and try and guess what he is thinking about. It is amazing to see the yearly calendar at work above my desk and watch as the months tick by. I used to be amazed at the weeks but I am almost 1/3 of my way through seminary, Titus is already 3 months and two weeks old and I don't know where all the time has gone. I am loving life and I am looking forward to the coming age when time won't end and this rush will be a blur.
'Til then I'll watch it fly!

Well, here is the little guy with a smile on his face. I cropped the picture in my photo program but I can't seem to find that edited photo. This will do I suppose. We found out that Titus is now 12 and a half pounds and is 24 inches long. This smile is what Amy and Justin didn't get to see very much when they were at the house visiting. He is now 'talking' to the toys or us when he is happy and fed. It is neat to see how fast they develop and learn. He already knows that he is not allowed to get away with screaming when he is really hungry. Now he can cry but when he gives that temper scream he knows what is going to happen (a finger tap on the mouth that's all). He has responded to that very well. The other day he screamed once and Anne's first little tap quieted him right down to a wimper 'til he got fed. I hope that we are consistent with him and do the right thing to teach him how to act and grow into a good boy. I guess I need to trust God for the change in his heart and work hard for the change in his actions.

We went to Jan's Tree Farm this year to cut down our tree. It was so much fun! Mark's camera has this great sepia setting. We took lots of pics hoping to get a good family picture for our Christmas card.
