It was 1980 something in the years that we grew up in. I can remember the first days of our corporation. JAMB CO. was started to help pass the time in a fun way. We began with four humble employees and now we have added of few along the line. The original founder is still alive and kicking and will be of course for quite a few more years. She demanded much but was easy to work for in the basement of a 1960's one level ranch style home. I was the first computer tech on the green screen in the work room and Amy added much flair as the illustrious decorator/journalist/lady that was going to get married have lots of children and wear an orange wedding dress (correct me if I am wrong on that account). Then there was Justin the great GOFER (go fer this, go fer that). Now that is not what we called him then but it was how we utilized his presence in the company. Those were great times. I long to remember every detail and smile again about the good times we had. There were compary headers, charts, design work projects, etc. Oh, and plenty of time for breaks to the freezer where we always could find the popsickle stash that grandma was more than willing to keep fresh. Wonderful times bring great memories that need to be brought back and brushed up from time to time. I want to do that every now and then but time seems to take all of us and pull us in different directions. This blog might be just the tool to keep us in touch and brushing up on the memories as well as adding to them along the way. Beth, I need you to post a picture of all of us and a story from home as well as now in your life. Amy you have more stories than all of us so I am sure you can figure one out. Justin, you can be the philoso-fer keeping will past positions in the company and make contributions that will better the inner self of us all--or just write something memorable that gets our attention as well as how your life is going up at Northland. I love you all and want to stay in touch this way as well as others. This is just a tool for us to use. Feel free to update as you wish and add favorite things and customize as you see fit.

It sounds to me like Mark is getting little bossy with all the orders about what we're supposed to be doing. I'm not sure I feel comfortable with this situation. I've never taken orders from a younger sibling very willingly; however, for the unity of the corporation I will try to comply with the wishes of the blog's creator and mastermind.

Really, thanks for doing this Mark. I hope we can still keep stealing/ borrowing internet from the neighbors leaky connection. We've been able to get online for a few weeks now and I feel so much more connected to people! Wow-- this whole internet thing was only a dream I once had back in the beginning stages of our company! If I would have only known back then what the world would be like today.... :)

Love,
Beth

This is amaz-za-zing! I finally figured out how to work this thing. Now isn't that just like me, always asking what's going on and desparately trying to figure out the next steps to be taken. I wrote a long story and then I couldn't send it. Well, I've got to go to a Revival meeting now so I'll get back with you'ans a little latter. Thank you so much for doing this. How are the babes in the oven coming? Anne? Beth? I have our camera up here at school but I don't know if I have the hook up cord to place pictures on the computer. We'll try to figure that out later. Love you! Amy

I am glad that I can take my proper place as the prominant male of the household and lead us on to greater heights. Ha Ha Ha. So you all seem to be doing a great job so far. I am headed to work to deliver on the purple promise and prepare the budget to buy daipers for Titus.
Love you all,
Mark
